The essays on this website use philosophy to bridge the gap between religion and science. However, this kind of discussion is only part of the way we come to understanding. Left brain must be balanced by right brain; straightforward linear reason must be balanced by the leaps and bounds of imagination. So here we come to the leaps and bounds of poetry.

The poems chosen could be described as religious and philosophical poems, or modern metaphysical poems. They are only a small selection of the author’s overall work, but each of them relates in some way to the theme of one of the essays. From a creativist perspective they speak of ultimate concerns: God, spirit, truth, love and life's journey.
